U.S. Kids Golf will have a Local Tour tournament at HARUNA no MORI Country Club,
Gunma Prefecture, Japan. Boys and girls ages 4 to 15,
will compete for individual honors. A players age on October 18, 2009 will
determine their age group for the event. This is an excellent Jack
Nicklaus designed 18-hole course about 1-1/2 hours from Tokyo on the Shinkansen
(Bullet Train).
Fee
18 Holes: 10,000 Japanese yen (Includes lunch)
9 Holes 7,500 Japanese yen
Fee includes, play fee, cart, and insurance.
Lunch for 18-hole contestants included. Caddies and guests should enjoy
meals prepared by the restaurant.
Contestants must bring proof of age for tax purposes. Failure to do
so will result in the contestant being taxed.

Notice for Guests
Guests may observe play from the cart paths.
- Insurance does not cover non-participants, you are at the course
at your own risk.
- Stay on the cart paths, you are not permitted on the fairways
- Do not give advice to the players or caddies, there are severe
penalties for the players and guests.
- Suitable golf attire is required, jeans are not permitted.
Practice Rounds
Practice rounds for U.S. Kids Golf contestants are as follows;
Weekends 6,000 yen
Weekdays 4,000 yen
(Does not include lunch)

Cancelation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email or fax and receipt acknowledged by U.S. Kids Golf Japan at least 7 days before the event. The entry fee is not returned but applied to the entry fee for next event the contestant registers for. Cancellation requests 6 days before the event will be subject to a 5000 Japanese yen cancelation fee and the remainder is applied to the entry fee for next event the contestant registers for.
To cancel an event please provide the following information;
- Contestant name
- Contestant age
- Contestant gender
- Name or location of the event and date
- Reason for cancellation
- Name, phone number, and email of person to contact
If you cancel on the day of the event, be sure to call the course to avoid being listed as "No Show" (NS). Contestants that are noted "NS" may not be allowed to register for future events.
